Convenient. With convenient locations on the eastside and westside of the Cleveland area, Pomerantz & Crosby serves Cuyahoga County, and all of Ohio. Our accessible offices provide free parking, and quality legal services at affordable prices. All injury cases are handled on a contingency fee basis; you pay nothing up-front, and a legal fee is charged only if we successfully obtain compensation for you.

We are experienced in handling birth trauma cases resulting in cerebral palsy or mental retardation, trucking and other car accidents causing wrongful death or personal injury, such as herniated discs, tempormandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ), and other serious injuries. We can help you resolve your insurance claim and recover for medical expenses, wage loss, pain and suffering, and other permanent disability. Our office has successfully represented thousands of injured workers, including those who have suffered work-related carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS), respiratory problems, rotator cuff injuries, and knee injuries, to name a few.

Experience matters. At Pomerantz & Crosby Co., L.P.A., partner David Pomerantz has practiced law, concentrating in personal injury, medical malpractice and worker’s compensation, since 1985. For his accomplishments, he is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and received the President’s Award for Outstanding Service by the Cuyahoga County Bar Association.  He is the author of the chapter on Medical Malpractice in the book, “Ohio Tort Law.” Partner Fred C. Crosby, a former Assistant Prosecutor for the City of Cleveland, has practiced law since 1987, concentrating in criminal and domestic relations matters. He served as President of the Cuyahoga Criminal Defense Bar and as First Vice President of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association.
